User permissions are an important tool. Permissions refer to what certain users can and cannot do or see on PINATA. Whenever you are inviting a new team member to PINATA you will be able to select the appropriate permission. If you want to learn more about each user permission you can see more information here.

Follow the steps below if you need to change a user's permission level:

  1. Select Settings
  2. Select My Company
  3. Select My Team
  4. Select the relevant team member
  5. Select the blue drop-down arrow
  6. Select Edit
  7. Change the user's permission level as needed
  8. Click Update
