How to Manage User Permissions

Let's discuss what user permissions are & how to update them!

User Permissions refer to what certain users can and cannot access within PINATA. When you are inviting a new team member to PINATA you will be able to select the appropriate permission. If you want to learn more about each user permission go HERE. Follow the steps below if you need to change a user's permission level:

  1. Select Settings

  2. Select My Company

  3. Select My Team

  4. Select the relevant team member

  5. Select the blue drop-down arrow

  6. Select Edit

  7. Change the user's permission level as needed

  8. Update any program access for the user if needed

  9. Click Update
