In this article, we will be covering how to assign talent to a gig. Once you've created a gig you'll need to staff it. If you are looking to open gigs to your roster for application, go here.

Pro Tip: If you are working with an agency partner you won't need to assign talent as they will take care of this for you.

Here's how you'll assign talent:

  1. Select the red "Staff Talent" filter on your dashboard in the Gigs tab.

  2. Click the magnifying glass to the right of the gig you would like to staff.

  3. If you are an Agency that has the option to select a partner, make sure the gig has been created within the correct workspace by checking the Partner tab.

  4. Next, if you have a specific talent in mind, use the search field to find them.

  5. Assign a specific user to work a gig by selecting their name. If you need to know more about talent availability status, go here.

  6. Select assign & close! That's it, you've assigned the talent!

How to Assign Gigs in Bulk

You can also assign gigs in bulk. By using the Check boxes on the left hand side you can select all gigs or a select few to either assign one user to or to share with your team. You can see that below:
