Let's discuss how you will be notified when a client requests a new task!

When a user creates new tasks in their PINATA dashboard, a notification will be sent to the managing contacts listed on your programs. To make sure your program notifications are turned on check out this article here!

You will also receive an email notification with the some details of the new task(s). This includes a link to your dashboard for you to view and staff. In the Tasks tab you can view these tasks under the 'Upcoming' status. See the screenshot below of an example task handoff email notification!
