In this article, we'll show you how to turn on notifications. When creating a program you can turn on & select team members to receive live notifications. You can also edit this for existing programs.

Notifications are important to turn on as they'll keep you informed of program updates, gig updates & gig cancellations.

Here are the steps to turn on notifications for an existing program:

  1. Select the program you wish to edit

  2. Select the "Overview" tab

  3. Scroll down to the "Team" section

  4. Select the blue pencil icon to edit

  5. Select the toggle button to turn on notifications for that team member

Pro Tip: In the bottom left corner there's a message that says "Waiting to Save" give it just a moment and when it turns to "Saved" that user now has live notifications for that program

You can now also edit user notifications from the My Team section under settings. Here's how you do that:

  1. Select Settings in the top right

  2. Select My Company

  3. Select My Team

  4. Select the blue drop down arrow

  5. Select Edit

  6. You can now toggle on or off notifications for all the programs you're a member of

  7. Select Update User
