If you’re still using the app we encourage you to move away from using the app and opt for the PINATA mobile web app link that you should’ve received an email and text with prior to your gig! If you’re having any issues with the website, please contact support HERE with what issues you’re experiencing in as much detail as possible and our team will take a look. 

In the meantime, you can always try a few things that usually help:

  1. Refresh your browser / the link
  2. Close the app and open it again (meaning x out of it or double tap home and swipe up)
  3. Log out and log back in again
  4. Check your service - make sure you have a good connection!
  5. Restart your device
