Assigned = The GoGetter has been assigned.
Applied = The GoGetter has applied.
Waitlisted = The GoGetter has applied but a different user has been assigned. Waitlisted GoGetters can be alternatively assigned if needed.
Unavailable = The GoGetter may be unavailable due to their own availability calendar preferences or could be working elsewhere at the same time.
Conflict = The GoGetter you want to assign has an immediate/overlapping conflict on another task you have assigned them. You cannot assign them without clearing the other conflict.
