In this article, we'll discuss how to request a task using the Go Portal. The Go Portal is a great way for your team to quickly and easily request tasks on the go!

To access the Go Portal you can head here (don't forget to bookmark it!):

NOTE: Your manager must grant you access to make requests. Please contact your manager for more information if you aren’t able to make a request!

Let's cover how to use the portal to request a new task:

  1. Enter your email to receive a magic login link - no password required! (If your organization has saved the Go Portal login to your phone, you can click from there or visit

  2. From the Request home, select "New" in the top right hand corner.

  3. Select the kind of activity you're requesting.

  4. Select the relevant program.

  5. Select the product/options you wish to use on this task (You can select individual items or select all).

  6. Select a location for this task.

  7. If enabled by your company administrator: Select "Schedule TBD" to suggest a scheduling time if necessary.

  8. If enabled by your company administrator: Select "Team TDB" to choose a staffing partner or internal staffing if you have the option.

  9. Review your event & add any notes.

  10. Hit Submit Request - and you’re done!

That's it! You've now requested a task. Your manager may need to reviewed it, you will see the status of the task change. You can follow your request’s status from Pending, to Assigned, to Finished.
