In this article, we'll discuss how to request a gig using the Go Portal. The Go Portal is a great way for your team to quickly and easily request tasks on the go!
To access the Go Portal you can head here (don't forget to bookmark it!): go.gopinata.com
NOTE: Your manager must grant you access to make requests. Please contact your manager for more information if you aren’t able to make a request!
Let's cover how to use the portal to request a new gig:
Enter your email to receive a magic login link - no password required! (If your organization has saved the Go Portal login to your phone, you can click from there or visit go.gopinata.com)
From the Request home, select "New" in the top right hand corner
Select the kind of activity you're requesting
Select the relevant program
Select the product/options you wish to use on this gig (You can select individual items or select all)
Select a location for this gig
Review your event & add any notes
Hit Submit Request - and you’re done!
That's it! You've now requested an event. Once your manager has reviewed it, you will see the status of the gig change. You can follow your request’s status from Pending, to Assigned, to Finished.
