Some gigs require approval from a manager before talent can be assigned.

To get approval for a gig, you will first click 'Create Gigs' at the top right of your dashboard. Be sure to fill out as much information as you have. When you get to the bottom of the form, you will click 'Create and Request Approval'

Once the gig is submitted for approval, you'll notice it live in the "Drafts" section of your status bar labeled as 'Awaiting Approval' until your manager approves/rejects it or asks for more info.

If No is selected: the gig will be cancelled.
If Yes is selected: the gig will be in the Assign Agency or Upcoming section of the status bar.
If TBD is selected: you will be instructed to provide more details before the gig is approved.

Notifications will get sent to the gig submitter when a gig is approved or denied!

APPROVING GIGS (MANAGERS ONLY)

Some gigs require approval from a manager before handing off for staffing.

As gigs get booked by Members of your organization, Managers/Admins will have the option to approve, decline, or ask for more information on individual gigs.

When a gig is submitted you will get an email notification with the top line details

You can click the link in this email and it will pull up the gig in question to be approved (Yes), denied (No), or to get more information (TBD). In this view, you can also see all of the gig details, or add a message to the submitter.

If No is selected: the gig will be cancelled.
If Yes is selected: the gig will be handed off.
If TBD is selected: the submitter can make changes that you have noted in the message section before submitting again for approval.

You can also jump into your dashboard and review the gigs under Drafts with the label 'Approve Request':
