Need help un-assigning or replacing a GoGetter who can no longer work a shift? Follow the steps below.

  1. Click into the gig by selecting the blue arrow (on the Workflow tab) and select Edit or click the pencil icon (on the Calendar tab).
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Edit Options and select Save and Continue to Assignment.
  3. From there you will be able to see all GoGetter's on your roster.
  4. Click the small x next to the current GoGetter assigned. 
  5. Select the GoGetter who you a reassigning to the shift. 

Note, you will not be able to book a GoGetter who is already booked so please make sure they are available to work.
