Need help un-assigning or replacing a GoGetter who can no longer work a shift? Follow the steps below.
- Click into the gig by selecting the blue arrow (on the Workflow tab) and select Edit or click the pencil icon (on the Calendar tab).
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Edit Options and select Save and Continue to Assignment.
- From there you will be able to see all GoGetter's on your roster.
- Click the small x next to the current GoGetter assigned.
- Select the GoGetter who you a reassigning to the shift.
Note, you will not be able to book a GoGetter who is already booked so please make sure they are available to work.
