In your dashboard, you'll see a tab labeled "OVERVIEW". This is only shown for one program at a time and is based on the information provided at the time of the program request.
On the right hand side, you will see the program contacts. If you need to connect with your program contacts directly, you can email them by clicking on their email.
Please note: Agencies can view and see their respective program contacts on the client side but can not edit the Program Overview.
Overview: Contains information such as program type, budget, dates, markets, description, and more.
Products: Contains all products are tied to this program. The products listed here are the ones that are selectable when booking gigs. You can add/remove products from the program here.
Roles and Reporting: Contains the selected roles for your Program. Roles typically relate to the specific event type and the reporting questions required for those roles.
Talent Requirements: Contains the requirements and responsibilities that have been outlined for the Talent.
Program Schedule: Contains important scheduling information, such as if the you or agency partner is doing the scheduling,
Program Logistics: Contains details such as what you or the agency is expected to provide in a demo kit, as well an any expense policy information.
Training: Additional brand messaging, training methods, and program-wide files are uploaded here.
Team: Here you can select which of your Internal team members should receive real time notifications for any updates on the program.
Billing: Specify the billing contact for this program
