In this article, we will cover how to create a profile on PINATA. All users must be invited by an existing team member to join PINATA. Please reach out to your company or agency manager to ensure they have sent you an invitation to join PINATA.
Here are the steps to joining PINATA:
You will receive a sign-up email when you are invited. Sometimes PINATA emails go to your junk/spam. You may need to search your entire inbox for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Select "CONTINUE" & fill out your account details
That's it! Once you've filled out your account details and hit "Accept Invitation" you'll be all set!
Pro Tip: If you're already signed up on PINATA to work with another organization, you'll be brought immediately to the Accept Invitation Page. Just login to accept! See below:
