We realize things happen, but we also want to ensure cancellations are handled professionally. Clients are responsible for providing PINATA a minimum of at least 24 hours written notice to cancel any shift. If shifts are cancelled with less than 24 hours written notice, then clients will guarantee payment for contracted hours. 

For those Agencies and Clients working directly on PRO programs - all cancelation policies should be discuss directly.
