Follow the steps below to learn how to make edits to an active program,
- Select the Program name and open the Overview tab.
- You will a pencil icon in a blue circle at the top of each section.
- Select the pencil icon for the section you are making edits to.
- Click Save & Continue as you move through all sections that require edits.
Overview and Staffing needs are not editable in a program after handing off if you are working with a PINATA agency partner. Please contact your Program Manager at email@example.com if you need to request special changes. Note: If you are using PINATA self-service for internal teams without an agency partner, you can edit any section.
Please note, agencies will get notified of all edits made to the program via email.
