Things change - we get it - and sometimes a cancellation is inevitable! It's simple to cancel a gig once it's already been handed off to your PINATA Partner.
To do this, find the gig you wish to cancel on MY CALENDAR and hit Edit (the blue pencil icon). Hit the cancel icon in the top right hand corner.
You will be asked to provide a reason from the dropdown menu and/or provide additional context. Then hit CANCEL to confirm!
Note: you can't edit/cancel a gig within 72 hours of it's scheduled time. In those circumstances, please contact email@example.com for support.
